Land van Fluwel is a spacious and expansive park where you can be free. To ensure that it is fun for everyone and, above all, it always remains safe, there are a few house rules that you must be aware of and agree to when entering the park:
Parking in the Land van Fluwel car park is free and at your own risk. The maximum speed on site is 5 kilometers per hour.
Access to the park is only permitted with a valid entrance ticket. If you purchased tickets online, the tickets are only valid on the chosen date. If the weather is very bad, it is possible to move the tickets to another date within the same season in consultation.
Short-leashed dogs are welcome in Land van Fluwel. Please bring dog bags and leave our park tidy.
We are proud of our beautiful, clean park and would like to keep it that way. Waste should therefore be deposited in the waste bins. These are spread throughout the park.
You are allowed to bring your own snacks to enjoy in the park. Your own refreshments may not be consumed in the restaurant and on the associated terraces.
It is not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks.
Playing on Land van Fluwel is always at your own risk. You are responsible for those under your supervision at all times. Land van Fluwel is not liable for damage caused during playing.
There is a shallow water feature at Land van Fluwel to play around in. Please note: for safety reasons, the water under the ferry is 1.5 meters deep. Supervise children who cannot swim and/or swim only moderately. You can borrow a safety vest for children from the greenhouse.
You are liable for intentional damage to Land van Fluwel property by yourself or those under your supervision. Damages will be recovered at all times.
Lost property can be handed in at the entrance of Land van Fluwel.
Safety instructions must always be followed, as well as instructions from the staff.
Image and/or sound recordings may be made of visitors to Land van Fluwel and recordings may be made public or reproduced, without Land van Fluwel being or will be liable to pay compensation to the visitor. You transfer any neighboring and/or copyright and/or portrait rights to the organization without any restrictions when entering the park. Furthermore, the visitor irrevocably waives the right to invoke his/her personality rights. If you object to this, you can indicate this at the checkout.
It goes without saying that you behave according to the norms and values that apply in our society. Above all, we wish you to have fun during your visit to Land van Fluwel.
