A barefoot path is a specially created trail for walking barefoot through nature. You walk on various hard and soft surfaces such as grass, sand, stones, wood, etc. According to doctor A. Vogel, walking barefoot has a beneficial effect on body and mind.
The best adventure for young and older!
Walk the barefoot path with your family, during a children's party, school trip or with friends. Choose which adventure suits you best. The barefoot path runs across our entire park. Ascend to great heights on the observation tower, walk on stilts, step over logs without falling into the water and feel the swamp between your toes. At the end of the barefoot path there are water taps to clean your feet again.
Along the way you will be introduced to beautiful stories from the region that are built into the route of our barefoot path. You can wade through our own North Holland canal, walk on the West Frisian Omringdijk, walk through the Wildrijk and finally find out why the farmlands around Land van Fluwel are regularly flooded.
