At Strand van Fluwel it's time for water fun around the play pond! Run and roll down the dunes and step over the stepping stones to the play island in the middle of the water. If you dare, you can cross the wobbly ropes course to the other side. To appear completely dry, take the pull-out ferry.
When the weather is nice, put on your swimwear and the Fluwel Beach is a nice way to cool down on a hot day. But even in bad weather, adventurers don't let that stop them. Bringing swimming trunks or extra dry clothes doesn't hurt 😉 Around the water there is also plenty of opportunity to sit in the grass while the children are playing.
Safety first! The water is not deep, except under the ferry. For safety reasons, the water below is 1.5 meters deep. You remain responsible for your own children at all times. You can borrow a free life jacket at the entrance to the park.
