Did you know that the name Dwaalweb comes from the term dwaling in bulb cultivation? In a field full of red tulips, suddenly one yellow one jumps out… That is what we call a dwaling. This happens when a tulip has a different colour than the rest, often due to a natural mutation or a bulb that has come along. In the tulip world, it is an unexpected surprise – just like getting lost in the Dwaalweb!
